Is it not so that the \u201clinks\u201d to our roots are reflected in family heirlooms such as an antique chest of drawers, a cupboard or even a Biedermeier sofa or armchair? However, such ‘out-of-time’ furnishings are often difficult to combine and simply won’t fit in our present settings properly.
\nStill: the emotions behind them do not let go of us and so these pieces of furniture are relegated to a lonely existence out of our sight, somewhere in a cellar or in a lost corner – and yet: grandpa loved this armchair so much! Big occasions such as a birthday, a wedding or a company anniversary can also end up with unspeakably useless gifts: where to put them? How can we stage these objects in the right way so that we can still enjoy them, also because they nourish us with the positive energy linked to our memories? These are precisely the emotions which spur and inspire our hearts and give us those nostalgic feelings. Now, in the month of May.
